Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Refund Policy & Store Guidelines

Web purchases include a 7-day hassle-free refund guarantee. Mobile In-App Purchases on iOS and Android are managed directly by Apple and Google in accordance with their store policies.

1. Apple App Store In-App Purchases (iOS)

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store (using Apple Pay or iTunes account) are billed and processed directly by Apple Inc. In accordance with Apple's developer terms:

• Refund requests for iOS purchases must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Apple evaluates refund requests according to their own refund policies. AstroKul cannot directly process refunds or issue billing credits for Apple Store transactions.

2. Google Play Store In-App Purchases (Android)

Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store on Android devices are billed by Google LLC:

• You can request a refund directly through the Google Play Store app or Google Play Account Subscriptions page within 48 hours of purchase.
• For requests submitted after 48 hours but within 7 days, you can contact AstroKul support at help.astrokul@gmail.com with your Google Order GPA number.

3. Web Direct Purchases (AstroKul Portal)

Subscriptions purchased directly on the AstroKul Web Portal (via Razorpay, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, or Net Banking):

• Eligible for a full refund (minus a flat 5% gateway processing fee) if requested within 7 days of purchase.
• No questions asked — email help.astrokul@gmail.com with your registered email and Order ID.
• Approved web refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. How to Cancel Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time prior to the end of the current billing cycle:

• iOS Devices: Open iPhone Settings ➔ Tap Apple ID Profile ➔ Subscriptions ➔ Select AstroKul Pro ➔ Tap Cancel Subscription.
• Android Devices: Open Google Play Store app ➔ Tap Profile Icon ➔ Payments & Subscriptions ➔ Subscriptions ➔ Select AstroKul Pro ➔ Tap Cancel Subscription.
• Web Portal: Cancel anytime inside Profile & Settings menu on the web portal.
