1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AstroKul web portal, mobile applications (iOS and Android), or developer APIs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Users and astrologers must register an account with valid email addresses and mobile numbers to access dashboard functions. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (iOS & Android)

AstroKul offers premium subscription plans ("AstroKul Pro") providing access to complete client management tools, consultation notes, PDF report sharing, Birth Time Rectification (BTR), and premium calculations.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms:

AstroKul Pro Monthly: ₹299.00 / month (or equivalent local store currency). Billed monthly.
AstroKul Pro Yearly: ₹2,999.00 / year (or equivalent local store currency). Billed annually.
Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charge: Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period at the rate of the selected plan.
Managing & Canceling: Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android) after purchase.
Unused Portion: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4. Restoring Purchases

If you switch devices or reinstall the mobile application, you can restore your active subscription at no additional charge by tapping the "Restore Previous Purchases" button inside the app paywall modal.

5. Developer API Usage & Rate Limits

Developer API plans are subject to rate limits and quota audits. Any attempt to abuse, share API keys unauthorizedly, or circumvent system rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.

6. Service Disclaimer

Astrological calculations, horoscope mappings, matchmaking metrics, and Lal Kitab remedies provided by AstroKul are based on traditional Vedic rules for educational, informational, and advisory purposes. We make no absolute guarantees regarding the outcome or interpretation of astrological guidance.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated modification date.

8. Apple Standard EULA

App Store subscriptions are governed by Apple's Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
